PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Historic Raymond Theatre is located at the corner of Raymond
Avenue and Holly Street in the heart of an Old Town Pasadena,
which is one of the most popular entertainment and shopping
districts in the Los Angeles area.
The theatre was built about 1921. It has 2,000 seats, a main
floor and balcony, two lobbies,

the theatre from the owner.
